Proverbs 13:19a "A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul..."
I would have loved to have walked this earth when Jesus was here. To think of this, to have been here with Jesus, it is excitement so hard to contain these thoughts. Thinking of my Lord Jesus, when He was but a child. Can you imagine having a child that was pure joy. That sin could not corrupt; that nothing His friends did, or things He heard would enter His heart or cause Him to be discontent with His life. I can't even imagine what children of this era would have thought; no hi-tech toys to play with, toys that you had to make, or your dad or mom made for you. No McDonalds....you can't imagine that either. But this world has come a long way since our Lord walked the earth.
The only time the Bible talks about Jesus causing His parents any anxiety was when He was twelve and stayed in the temple while His family journeyed home thinking He was with them. When they retraced their steps and several days later found Him still in the temple listening to the teachers and asking them questions, I believe they reacted the same as we would have finding our child after hours of searching, not days. I imagine they were frantic worrying something had happened to Him. And as Jesus did no wrong, He did not know that He had done wrong, and just explained that He had to be in His Father's house. He knew the importance of being in the Father's house. Learning, inquiring of the Father. This is a desire that the Lord wishes would be in our hearts also. Realizing that His parents were truly anxious over this, I believe Jesus was careful not to cause them undo stress after this while He was growing up as the Word doesn't mention anything like this occurrance again. The Word says Mary treasured all these things in her heart. I feel that when Mary saw her Beloved Son on the cross, all these things from her heart, all the memories, all the sweetness of her Boy, came flashing through her mind. Her sweet little Boy, the love of her life, the miracle from her womb, now leaving her. I wonder if she realized that once again, He was going to His Father's house. This time, to forever be known as the Savior of the World.
Such sweetness in a Boy, such sweetness in a Man, and the most precious sweetness in my Lord. I have such a depth of love for my Savior, when I worship Him, I feel that sweetness penetrating my heart and my soul. I am not sure I have the right words to explain this, except that it is a sweet....I guess it is the Spirit that flows with the sweetness of the Lord. I have smelled the fragrance of His love, I have seen the beauty of His Holiness, and I feel the sweetness. Does that make sense to you? I can feel the sweetness of my Lord. There is no other explanation for it, but feeling. The gentle, soft touch of the Lord exudes such sweetness.
Holy are You, Lord. My God, what can I say that will explain to others the wonder I feel in Your Presence. I am so undone....my heart is overwhelmed with love for You. I will never understand why You have chosen me, I will never cease to be amazed by the love You have for me, or the sacrifice You paid for my sins; I only know that when You drew me to You, finally stopped me in my way and showed Yourself to me as I had never known You before, I could do nothing else but fall deeply in love with You. You fill my thoughts constantly, my life is so joyous because of You. I love You, my Lord, how I love You.
This 7th day of November, 2010, I am lost in the sweetness of my Lord Jesus. My Precious Lord, the sweetness of You, of Your love, of Your touch. I am lost.

TIME TO RECEIVE
1 John 3:21-22 "Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him."
What a wonderful service this morning. It is such a blessing to go to services that you know are controled completely by the Holy Spirit. Worship was beautiful, prophetic. Then the pastor actually had them put the pulpit in place, he had a mesage and was going to preach it. He always has a message but when the Holy Spirit is moving, he yields to the Spirit and lets the Lord control our services. He will speak but it will be from the Spirit of God and not what he had brought to the service to preach. So this morning he got up and had us turn to Genesis, to the account of Jacob and the ladder. As he began prefacing what Jacob was to experience, the Holy Spirit took his words and first thing we knew he was speaking about asking, praying and receiving, the emphasis on receiving. And just left the pulpit behind and was once again on the steps of the platform letting the Lord pour out of him what He had for us.
Receive....this truly touched my heart. We ask, but do we always ask in faith. Do we truly believe that when we ask, when we pray, that we will receive the blessing from the Lord. Whether it be healing, financial, restoration; are we believing? Yes, I know you, like myself, we believe. We have faith. But do we continue to ask, do we continue to pray and ask the Lord for the same thing? It is time to open our arms and know that the answer to our prayer is here; it is ready to be received. The Lord is waiting for us to open our hearts to His blessing, to receive in our spirits that for which we asked, to allow our bodies to receive the healing power of the Lord; to let ourselves be open to the blessings that the Lord is sending our way. My heart tells me if I keep asking and asking, at what point am I telling the Lord that I have faith. If I have to keep asking, I feel like I am saying "I am not sure You heard me, or I am not certain that I have prayed and asked enough". I feel strange saying I believe in You, Lord; I believe in Your Word and then keep asking for the same thing. I am going to ask, I am going to ask that His will be done in this situation, and then I am going to thank Him for blessing me with an answer, an answer that reflects His will for my life, His will covering me with love and protection....just as His Word tells me. And then I am going to receive from the Lord. What the Lord gives me in answer to my prayer, I will receive; you see, I know that all things, all things must be according to His Word. His Word tells me that I am blessed, I am loved, I am cherished by God Almighty. I am the head, not the tail; I am blessed, not cursed; I am alive in Christ; the sinful man is dead. I am victorious, I am not a loser but a achiever who has the power and strength of the Lord. I will receive the miracle that I am seeking; I will receive the beautiful peace that I seek; and I will know the presence of my God here on earth.
It is now, it is for this time, that receiving of the Lord is forthcoming. His Word declares that the fields are white for harvest, and we are harvesters; as we harvest for the Lord, the Lord pours out a harvest of blessings on us. His Word does not return void to Him or to us. When we pray His Word, when we share His Word, it returns to us through Him. If we ask in Jesus Name, it is given in Jesus Name. His Word is true, then, now, and forever; true.
I receive from You, my King. I receive the blessings You so desire to give me; I receive healing, I receive my Daily Bread, my substance needed each day; I receive blessings in my work; I receive the beautiful friendships You have sent and are sending my way; I receive the love of my Savior, my God and King; and precious Lord, I receive the most beautiful blessing of all....Your Presence.
This 6th day of November, 2011, I thank You, my Lord. I thank You that You have taught me how to pray, You have proved Yourself faithful to me, building my faith; I believe in You my God; and I thank You Lord that You are teaching me to receive. You are opening me up to the Glory of Your Kingdom, You are drawing me up to You, hands up lifted, waiting, knowing and expecting to receive.

SONG OF THE HEART
Revelation 5:9 "And they sang a new song: 'You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation."
Dearest Father,
Tonight I write to You. I write to You from my heart. My heart is filled with graditude, thanksgiving to You for the many blessings You have given to me. My God, how You have changed my life. You have given me such hope and excitement for life, this life I have now in You. My heart is so full of love for You, my Lord. Oh, Jesus, how I love You. Just the mention of Your Name brings such joy to me. I never knew before the last sixteen months just how much I would come to love You; just how much I would adore You and desire to spend time in Your Presence. Lord, what a difference my life has become since You truly took over my life.
Remember, Lord, how I use to be....just playing the role, just singing the words, just going through the motions. And now, I sing a new song to You every day. It is the song of my heart; it is the pure love and adoration of a God that has made me feel so special, so precious and loved. I know without a doubt that I am special to You, I am precious in Your sight and I know that You love me beyond any love I can imagine. There is no role playing now, and the words, those words that were just on the page, now jump out from my spirit in love and worship to You. I don't always sing the same words others are singing as the Holy Spirit draws up from me that special, one of a kind, never heard before, song of my heart; the song I sing just for You my God, just to tell You of my love for You, just to praise You from the depths of my being, to worship You in spirit and in truth.
I am just Your child, Father. Just Your child that desires to give You all the glory, all the honor, all the praise for Who You are, my God, my wonderful, beautiful Lord. I tried the other day to see Your face and in that special moment, I saw in my spirit, a face that had unusual features that are not the norm to me. Your hair, I did not see as the glow of light around you was so bright, so beautiful. Your mouth were words flowing out, words of life, words of healing, words of encouragement. Your eyes, all the pictures I have show you with brown eyes, but I could not tell as all I saw when I looked into Your eyes was pure love shining back at me. Just pure love as You looked at me. My God, when I saw Your face, it was not what I thought I would see, Your face was so much more than anything my mind could have thought. Your face was the most beautiful face, the most exquisite picture of beauty that I had ever seen. You are so beautiful my Lord. So beautiful. Your facial features reflect just who You are. All the beauty of my Savior, my King and Master, all the beauty comes from Your heart.
Let me worship You, my Lord, until You bring me to my eternal rest in You. Let me sing praises to Your Holy Name, let me glorify You on this earth. And then one day, when it is time for my reward, if You should tarry, then draw me to You, my God, and just let me sit at Your feet and worship You as my heart so desires. Just as my soul cries out to; just as my spirit longs to sing the new songs of my desire for You. Let me worship You, my King, no matter where I am, always let me worship You.
With the song of my heart, my Lord, I am truly
Your child, Your worshiper.

GROUNDS FOR SEPARATION
2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (Message) "So leave the corruption and compromise, leave it for good", says God. "Don't link up with those who will pollute you. I want you all for myself."
I keep noticing, and trust me, if I notice, the Lord notices that so many still think certain things are okay. R rated movies. The violence is one thing, but the language, the adult content, as they put it. I have such a hard time with these things. Even television has so much "adult content", sometimes it is hard to watch a commercial. Commercials that disrespect parents; commercials that make fun of Christianity, that make disrespectful references to our God and King. Commercials, sitcoms, so many are so offensive. I saw the promo's the other day for some sitcom, I couldn't tell you what the name of it was and it was offensive trying to be funny. Compromise? What can it hurt?
The Lord asks, no, He really tells us to come away from such, to separate ourselves from this things that are offensive, that make light of His Kingdom, of His Word, that use His name in vain. Anything that is not of Him is of the world. And He has told us to come away from the things of the world, to come to Him. God is truly jealous of the time we spend on things that pollute our minds, our hearts. He has spent so much time wooing us to Him, giving us the best of this world, the sweet, the good, the perfect things He has made for us, for us to allow ourselves to drink of the vileness of the earth.
Grounds for this separation? You may ask, why, what does it harm. Let me tell you what the Father told me tonight. You may wonder what the grounds for this separation are; you may question the reasoning behind the Fathers' wish.
The first reason would be His unconditional love for us. No matter what we have done in the past, no matter what we do now or in the future will change His love for us. He loves us, He wants the very best for us. He wants to spend time with us and He cannot when we are filled with the vile things of the earth. There are plenty of decent shows to watch, good movies to see and good activities that will give us enjoyment without the R rated contents of them.
The second reason could be that the precious Holy Spirit dwells within us and is subjected to all the things we do, all the things we watch and take into our spirits; the good, the bad and the ugly. Have you thought what you and the Holy Spirit are watching the last time you watched the soaps? How about the last sitcom you watched where it was perfectly okay to bash the Holy Spirit, make fun of our Lord, or use His name in vain. Yes, we do subject our Father's Spirit to so much. See He is there, but He is so sensitive, if offended, He will just leave. Do you really want to spend your days without knowing the Holy Spirit is with you?
The last reason I am going to give you and I believe it is the greatest reason of all. The blood of Jesus; the sacrifice that our precious Savior made so you could be free of the things of the earth, so you could be forgiven of all sin, so you could spend eternity with Him and while here on earth, could know the presence of the Lord, through the Holy Spirit. The blood of the Lamb of God, paid so we could be separate from the things of the world, so we would have the peace that only knowing the Father intimately can bring and so we could have pure joy, not the hesitant laughs of off color jokes and plots.
If you need more grounds for separating yourself from the things of the world, spend some more time in the Word of God; see how the time we spend on unChristian things draws us away from Him. I have been dealing with some of the programs I have watched and I know the Lord is separating me from more and more of them as He shows me the harm it truly does my soul. Not all are bad, but if you will ask the Lord to help you, ask the Holy Spirit to convict you of those things not fitting a child of God, He will. You will find there is still so much left to enjoy, so much good from the Lord.
My Lord, my God, I thank You that You love me so much, You are concerned about what I put into my spirit, into my mind. I thank You that You desire for me a clean heart, a dwelling fit for the Holy Spirit to be in and a love for me that wants to see me blessed by life, not cursed by letting the cunning ways of the enemy just make my senses dulled to the things that are not of You.
I love You, my Lord. I love You so much. I want to spend time with You. I am so blessed that You want me all for yourself. What would I do, my Lord, if I did not have You in my life. You are everything to me. This 4th day of November, 2011, I separate myself from the world and draw totally unto You, my King, my Savior. Just knowing of Your wonderful, pure love for me is just grounds for separation from anything or anyone else that is not of You.

UNTO YOU O LORD
Psalm 45:1 "My heart is stirred by a noble theme as I recite my verses for the king; my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer."
Last spring a good friend of mine gave me the above scripture. The Lord had given it to her for me and it left me speechless. My heart is indeed stirred by a noble theme, that theme being worship. The recipient of my worship is my King. If my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer, it is because the Holy Spirit brings forth the words from my heart, from my spirit. I am totally speechless when the Presence of the Almighty, when the Glory of my Lord surrounds me in my little office/study. Sometimes I sit in this chair for the longest time waiting until I can see to type again, as so often I begin to write and then begin to weep as the Lord fills me with Himself, as He surrounds me with such love, such beauty of Himself, I can do nothing but melt in His Presence.
There are only about eight more days in the year the Lord told me to complete with my writings, one each day for a year. Then put them together and bind them for my family. I don't even know if my family wants them, but the Lord told me to do this, and I will. I believe the title of tonights blog will be the title of the writings bound together. "Unto You, O Lord" as each writing, each day was unto Him, given to Him, given by Him. It has all been for You, my God. All to worship and honor just You alone.
I must be honest and say that in the beginning there were days when I read the blog to correct the spelling that I was overwhelmed by what was written and I got a little puffed up. Human, you think? No, it was not, it was the urging of the enemy telling me how great the writings were and put in my heart pride. It did not take long for this to reduce me to nothing before my God. And I knew it, for as I sat one night, nothing came. Absolutely nothing. So much for my gift. It was never me, I quickly learned, not me at all. It was all Him, my Lord, my God; through the Holy Spirit giving me direction, giving me visions, dreams. Pouring out on me as I drove down the road, sat at my desk, listened to music, even watching TV and seeing a movie. All a part of the Lord's plan; I listen, I wait, He tells, He delivers, He comes. After He got me back on the right track, there were some days that I did not have a word from the Lord, but these days He let me know I could write my heart; I could give to Him from deep within my soul, my love and worship to pour out to Him. See the Lord knows my heart and He knows I want to worship Him always. Sometimes the need to express myself to my God in song and worship, in words of love and adoration are so strong, I have to pour them out here. And the Lord has blessed me in letting me have days to do just that. Just to honor Him; just to pour myself out to Him, to worship Him.
I also journal each morning and in there are my words to my Lord. Prayers, my needs, doubts, frustrations, anxieties, all put down as He draws them from me. You know when you put things on paper, so many times the Lord will be answering you, guiding you, showing you the way as the words come out of you. If you have never journaled, begin to write your thoughts, your needs, your desires each day. Reread them and see if the Lord doesn't speak to you about them. He is so good, so wonderful to give you the desires of your heart; what you need to know, He will tell you; direction for the day, He will show you. The journal I began over a year ago has just about filled up the first book and I will be starting book two soon. What a marvel my Lord is. I stand amazed each day by His revelations to me.
All I do, my Lord, I do unto You. As I write, it is unto You. As I worship in song and adoration, it is unto You. I want to live my life unto You. This 3rd day of November, 2011, I pray, my Lord, that my life is a blessing unto You; that my praise and worship is a sweet incense unto You. I give my all, my beautiful Lord, my King, my Beloved, all I give as unto You.

ABOVE ALL, GOD REIGNS
Deuteronomy 4:39 "Acknowledge and take to heart this day the the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other."
No other God. No one else that can do what You do, my Lord. I am constantly amazed at people, and I believe they are Christian people, that tend to just fix their minds on a portion of Who You are. Just this and no more. There is so much more to You. You are everywhere; You can be somewhere instantly. No one has to be without You for a second, if they choose to ask You to be with them. You don't go uninvited. I know it hurts You, my God, when Your children seem to accept only a portion of what You want to give them. There is so much of You that we have no clue about. You are as fathomless as the universe. There is never a time when we will know all there is of You, but dear Lord, I so want to know as much as You will reveal to me. I know You reveal to each the desires of their heart. As the hearts of Your children turn to You, and empty themselves of everything but You, You will show more of Your Glory to them. I so want to see Your face, my God; I want to know the Glory of my God, my Lord. More and more of You is what I seek. I will never be satisfied with only a portion of what You have for me. I will press in until You cannot resist my calling to You, my asking, my seeking You; and You will reveal more to me; You will give me more as that is my desire. More of You.
Father, I love You so much. You created this entire earth, this universe; everything was created by You for Your pleasure. And that is why You created me, why You created man and woman. For your good pleasure. I know You have great plans for each of Your children. Plans to draw others to You, to tell about Your love and Your forgiveness. But I truly believe the most important thing is our relationship to You. Our personal relationship with You.
This year of writing is almost up, Lord. I believe only about nine more days and then I will see where You lead me from there. To still write each day, to write ocassionally; only You know now but I know You will lead me. This past year has brought great revelation to me as You have led me through scripture; as You have given me visions; You have given me dreams; You have spoken to me, deep within my spirit. O my Lord, what a precious year this has been, getting to know You more; getting to know Your heart as You have shown me more and more, as You have led me to trust only You, and as You have trusted me, trusted me to give Your Word as You give it to me. I pray I have given just as I received it Lord. I know You love me and have given me grace and mercy when I have been troubled by Your Words, but have given them. Just as I receive from You is the way I want to write.
I pray my God, You have been blessed by my words of love, by my worship. I love You so much and I want to bless You as abundantly as You have blessed me. How sweet is our fellowship, Lord, so sweet is Your Presence. Lord, You deserve the Glory, all the Glory. You are a great God, You are my God. There is never a moment that I am not aware of Your greatness; of Your magnificent greatness. I just want to worship You, my King.
This 2nd day of November, 2011, I want to thank You for being my All in All. No matter what goes on, on this earth, You are the Creator, the Great I Am. No matter what tomorrow brings, it will be okay, because above all, You reign. My God Reigns!

HOME .....JUST ACROSS THE RIVER
Psalm 46:4 "There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells."
I can close my eyes, Lord, and see You standing on the other side of the river. I can see the activity behind You. People worshiping, singing, hands raised, voices strong. And I know that is the Home You have made for Your Bride. The Home someday You will bring me to. But there is the river....
I need to cross the river, Lord. I can see the bridge You are building, a few feet at a time as I learn to trust You, as I learn to follow the path....the beautiful path You have made for me. It is a bridge for just me. I do understand, that everyone has their own bridge to Home. A special bridge that gaps the present to eternity. With each victory in You, one more portion to the bridge is added. With each day that I draw closer to You, that I yearn deeper and deeper for the things of You, the bridge gets shorter, closer to Home.
So long now, Lord, I have known that this earth is not my Home, that my Home is in Your Presence always. Yes, Lord, I see. I will be here on earth until You call me, until You come for me, but I can be Home here with You. The deeper I go in You, the nearer that bridge brings me to Home; Home in You. I want to learn Your ways Lord. I want to know and understand Your Word. I need to know the hidden jewels You have for me in Your Word. Life to me, those Words are. Pure life to me.
I love You so much dear Lord. You are so wonderful to me. Your goodness showers over me daily, giving me so much joy. I worship You, my King, my sweet Jesus. I bless Your Holy Name, Jesus. Your Name is so precious to me. When I just mention Your Name to myself, I feel so warm inside; I feel so loved by You. Jesus....
What do I know of Home.....I know it is the place where You will always be waiting for me; I know it is the sweet place of peace; it is the joy in the morning and the calm at night. I know it is my desire; the place I desire to be with You. This 1st day of November, 2011, I know Home is where the heart is and when my heart knows nothing in it but You, when this world no longer can distract me with its daily grind, with its oppression, when I can only see You and nothing else, then and only then I will be Home. Home with You....just across the river. The river of peace, joy; the river of eternal life.
