Jude 20-21 "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life."
You promised my Lord, to return for me, for my brothers and sisters in You, I am waiting. I am so waiting for You my Savior. Some days I can hardly contain my excitement as I read Your Word, knowing that You love me, feeling You here with me, Your presence so sweet and warm. O Jehovah God, You are here. I know You are. As I am writing this, my letter of love to You, I can feel You here with me, looking at my words, seeing my heart.
You give me words to put here on the blog, and I obey as I have submitted my will to Yours. I write what You tell me. But my favorite things to write, precious Lord, are my words of love to You. My letter to You alone. My Lord, what You have given me, so wonderful, so blessed, Your love and Your grace. The sweet peace that You pour over my head as I lift my love up to You, as I sing songs of worship to only You. It doesn't matter where I am, I sing my songs of love to You, my heart overflows with words of worship to You alone.
I love Your presence my God. There in Your presence, I weep as I can do nothing else as Your presence is so sweet and beautiful. I can feel Your hand wipe the tears from my cheek, so soft, so loving. And You tell me not to cry, but I can only cry more as there is so much love coming from You, the weight of Your love, like gold bars, so beautiful and costly, my Lord, You gave so much to show your love for me, filling my heart to every part; no part left bare, all included and filled with this precious love and peace.
Jesus, Jesus, how I love you. How I have proved you over and over. You have never failed me. Your love intensifies my faith, knowing that no where can I go that You will not be there and that Your light, Your love will surround me, making my path glow with that love light. Knowing that I can do nothing to keep You from loving me, that I will always be Your child.
I kind of got lost here in Your presence, my God. What I started out to tell You here, was that while I am waiting for You to return, my faith builds as I see the blessings You pour out on me. As I see how You make all my paths straight, light those paths so I see plainly Your way for me, my faith builds, getting stronger each day. My faith builds praying in the Spirit, drawing on the Spirit's leading, showing me how I can trust You more and more. Knowing in my heart, that You said it, and it is true. "Behold, I come quickly." And Lord, I am waiting. Each day having my faith grow in You, Each day filled with the knowledge that You will come for me, come to take me home with You; the home you have prepared, so lovingly prepared to share with me. Thank you my Lord, I am ready for You to come....I am waiting.
This is written by me to my God, my beautiful Lord. But He is not just returning for me, but for all those who love Him beyond life itself. Who have purifed their hearts and given unto Him complete control of their lives, who has given up their will unto His will. He will be coming, He will be coming soon. I pray you will be watching and are waiting...
Dearest Lord, my love is Yours only. I worship only You. You are all my righteousness, I am complete in You. I love You, I love You, I love You...this 7th day of January, 2011.

THERE IS BUT ONE GOD TO WORSHIP
Luke 4:8 "Jesus answered, "It is written. Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only!""
There is but one God. Our God, the great I AM, the Maker of Heaven and earth, and all creation, He who set the stars in place, He who made us in His own image. He is the only God. Worship should be given to Him alone.
Everyone who has a ministry has that ministry because of our God. God chose them, God annointed them and God gives utterance to them. His spirit pierces their hearts and His words flow from their mouths. Whether it be in message or music, it is the flowing of the spirit of God through them. They are the vessel, God is the substance. Without God, the ministry has no value in Heaven. It is just an outlet for people's idolatry.
The truly great men of God, and I am not talking about the most affluent, the most seen on TV or the most popular in public eye; a lot of them are not widely known. But I am talking about the great annointed men of God that joyfully take a back seat and let the presence of the Almighty come forward, giving Him all the glory and honor, acknowledging their servanthood to the Most High God. These men and women are great in the Lord's eye. These are those that seek His heart, their desire is of Him and His presence. They submit themselves to the Lord, obeying Him and bringing forth the message in word and song, just as it was revealed to them by the Lord.
There are annointed ministers of the Lord that are adored, people bordering it almost on idolatry. People, be cautious, do not let the enemy turn what God has given you for instruction and worship, into something not of Him or his ministers. Remember, they are only the vessel, He is the one behind them. God has the message, God inspires the music, God is God. There is none to be worshiped but the Most High God, the Lord of Lords. It grieves the Lord to see what He has meant for our instruction, for our joy to turn into worship of man and not of Him. God does not want this to happen, and neither do His great and beloved ministers of the Word and song.
Father, once again, I give Your message. I worship You my Lord. I thank You for Your ministers that preach Your words to Your children. To instruct us, to warn us, to convict us through the Holy Spirit, so we may repent of all sin, and be cleansed in the blood of Your Son; so our hearts may be pure before You. I thank you for the beautiful music provided by Your song bearers. Let the groups coming forth remember who it is that sent them. You, my God, just You. You are who gives them inspiration, gives them the music and it is You alone who should receive all the glory. You will lift them up as they lift You up. Let the eyes of your children see and understand the difference between You and the ministers You give us.
My God, to You whose presence I desire, to You on whom I worship night and day, and love with all my being, I am your obedient child this 6th day of January, 2011.

ONE NATION, UNDIVIDED
2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
Tonight at church we discussed unity. We have been talking about spiritual warfare for a few weeks now and unity is an important element of spiritual warfare. I was still thinking about it when I got home, went into the kitchen and on the wall I have a rack that have a few decorative kitchen towels hanging. One says United we Stand, and it is a patriotic towel.
United we stand. The Lord showed me something in that. We are called the United States; I always thought that this mean a number of states joined together. But I think I have been wrong. Here I am, born on the 4th of July and never thought about it in the spiritual realm. Our united states; this means united in one common cause, one common purpose. At one time that common cause and purpose was meant to be freedom to all people, and freedom of religion. When these United States were joined, that freedom of religion was meant to worship our God, our Lord. It was not the freedom to maintain and worship every god of every nation that wanted to reside here. These United States was a country born out of religious tyranny and people came here to be free to worship God, to be set free from oppression.
Undivided, we are to be undivided. Have you noticed, that our government is set up in division. Two parties in the house, two parties in the senate; all trying to have control, maintaining control. No one is set on maintaining the best for the people in whom they are elected to serve. No giving control of the country back to God, no asking God's assistance, no seeking His plan.
But it all comes back to the people. The Christian people. How much thought do we give prior to election day as to what God wants us to do. Do we pray and seek the Lord for who we vote for? Probably not too many of us. It seems that instead of voting for someone, we end up voting against someone. I understand we don't always seem to have a candidate that seems right. But are we forgetting that God puts our leaders over us. I feel He wants our input, and that is why He wants us to seek Him. Perhaps we are not seeing the whole picture on an individual He has plans to place upon us. So we just let our judgment slide, vote against someone, and end up with a person, we know not a lot about, or he was the popular choice, but there they are. Over us. Then the heartache comes with the choice.
Did you ever wonder when that happens, if it is God's lesson for us, showing us we should have been in prayer and asking His guidance. His wisdom? We know we are to be united. His children of one mind, one accord. Do you know the power of God's children when they are of one mind, coming together in one accord? We can move mountains through the Lord as long as we are like minded.
How can we be united together being so spread apart across the country. We can pray. We must humble ourselves before God, ask His forgiveness for leaving Him out of a very important part of our country's very life. Our country's very spiritual being, our freedom. Our worshiping our Lord in freedom. Our spirits will unite in the spiritual realm, joining together to create a massive petition to our God. He will hear us, He will search our hearts to see if we are truly repentant; and then, only then will He give heed to our prayer and come and heal our land.
Our land so needs the Lords healing touch. We are so far from the glory that once swept across our land, in waves of praise and worship to God. People that gave to one another, people that worshiped together, and people that lived together in harmony. Now there is murder for no reason, robbery, taking what is not yours because you can, people living openly and freely in God condemned sin, and others accepting it. We can love the sinner but must stand firm against the sin. We must stand firm against all of this. We must bring our country back under God's control. Give our land back to the Lord.
Friends, pray, seek the Lord. Join with me in asking His forgiveness in being so lack in our responsibility to keep what He gave us for Him. Ask His forgiveness and pray asking, in unity, in one accord, as an united nation under God, that He heal our land.
My Father, I worship You in spirit and truth. You give me the words, my Lord and I will give it out. I love you my God, you are my everything. Forgive me Father. I pray You will come, sweep across our land in a great revival of Your people, who will worship and praise You. Heal our land I pray, this 5th day of January, 2011.

LIVE TO WORSHIP
John 4:23 "For the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth".
I was eating dinner and had the t.v. on. There was a new show beginning tonight. It was called Live to Dance. As I was watching the introduction, they were saying that they had searched the country for people that lived to dance.
In my spirit I heard the Lord say, "I have been searching the country also, for people who would live to worship me". It was like a hot iron had been pressed against my heart. I could feel the Lord's heart as He watches people all over the world live for one thing or another; just die if they can not do it; and all He is looking for are some of His children who would live to worship Him.
I live to worship my Lord. I don't think anyone that knows me would disagree with that statement. It is what I do. I have so much to thank my Father for. How could I have possibly made it this far without His hand on me, His intervention into my life that was spiralling down from what was once so special in His eyes to one that was bordering on disaster, His unconditional love lifting me from dispair into His arms. How could I not want to worship Him with everything that is within me.
My heart hurts for my Father. My tears flow down my face as I think of His having to look for children to worship Him. He should be having to turn down the sound here on earth from praises and worship songs from us becoming so loud that the angels in Heaven are complaining about all the noise. We should be vibrating the floor of Heaven with our worship, our shouts of thanks, songs of praise to the Father.
What can I say to you to have you understand why this is so important, so urgent that you worship God. Do you not want His company? Do you not want His joy to fill your heart? Are you so caught up in yourself that you do not recognize His hand on your life, protecting you, blessing you. Where would you be, people, without His unconditional love. God can love you, He can be blessing you, but you may not ever feel His presence. Never know how wonderful an intimate relationship with the Father can be. You may just be satisfied to have what it is you have. Just on the outside, looking in. I don't understand this attitude; as I cannot be near enough to my Lord to satisfy me. I have to be there in His presence constantly.
To gain entrance into this very special relationship, I make sure He is ever present on my heart, on my mind, words of praise and thanks on my lips, and songs of love coming from my very soul, singing to Him every waking moment. When I cannot sing out loud, you can be sure my spirit is singing for me, I am singing inside my mind, my heart. Sometimes the spirit is so bursting with songs of love inside me I can hardly contain myself as my heart joins my spirit in crys of worship to God. It is my one objective in this life. TO LIVE TO WORSHIP.
I am a worshiper. The Lord knows me. He knows who I am. He chose me to worship because I was willing, desiring so to be a worshiper, loving Him, giving to Him all that I have. But He is looking for others. Others that will live to worship Him. That will give unto the Lord their hearts of love, pledge that love for eternity and devote their lives to lead others to worship Him. To draw others into worshiping together to shake the foundations of Heaven with their voices of thanks and praise to Him. Worshiping Him for all He is. Just because HE IS. Knowing in their hearts, that if He nevers blesses them with anything else but His presence, His presence is more that enough. It is all that is desired.
All I desire my God, is to show my love to You, worship You all my days, do Your will, this 4th day of January, 2011.

FOLLOW ME, SERVE ME
John 12:26 (Message) "If any of you wants to serve me, then follow me. Then you'll be where I am, ready to serve at a moments notice. The Father will honor and reward anyone who serves me."
If you truly seek to serve the Lord, then you must be willing to follow Him. This means to go, do and say whatever He asks. It is easy just to go to church on Sunday, perhaps on Wednesday, and think you have done something for the Lord. This is not serving God.
When you are at the grocery store, waiting in line at the post office, talking to someone at work; how many times has the Lord told you to speak to the person by you and tell them God bless you, or Jesus loves you? Do you begin to talk with them, or do you stand there and do nothing? This is service. Ready on a moments notice to speak when the Lord prompts you to. Follow Him, do what He asks. Great is your reward.
If the Lord decides you should go to another place, a place where He has work for you to do, what then? Yes, such decisions are difficult, but pray, seek the Lord and if it is His will for you to go, make plans to leave. He will never lead you somewhere without making arrangements for you. Doors will open, finances will come. The Lord always supplies for His calling. You must believe on the Lord's provision and it will come. Never will the Lord take you to a place and leave you alone. He will reward you with blessings upon blessings.
I live to serve the Lord. Father, I await eagerly your direction. You have given me so much; Your love, Your blessing, and most important to me, Your presence. There is not anything You can ask of me that I will not give all I have to accomplish for You. And You know my heart, Father, You know this to be true. There is no fear in following You, for You have told me that You would never leave me. I trust in You, there is not doubting. Complete trust. And my reward, your precious presence is all I would ask.
Father, I worship You. I long to sit at Your feet, listen to Your words and sing praises to You. Mary so had it right when she chose to be in Your presence. I use to be a Martha until last year when You chose me to be Your worshiper and I found out what Your presence was like; Your glorious presence. The warmth of Your presence fills me with so much love for You; I sing praises to Your name, Oh, Lord, praises to Your Name... Never let me go from Your presence my God. You are everythng to me and I love you with everything that I am. Feel my heart, Lord, feel the love coming to You.
I will follow you my Lord, today, tomorrow, forever, following you. Loving you this 3rd day of January, 2011.

INTIMACY WITH GOD
1 John 4:15, 16 (Message) "Everyone who confesses that Jesus is God's Son participates continuously in an intimate relationship with God. We know it so well, we've embraced it heart and soul, this love that comes from God."
You hear a lot about walking with the Lord. There is a lot of discussion on what it takes to be in a real relationship with the Father. We know of course, that no man comes to the Father but by the Son. So often, this is preached as the way to Heaven at death. That you cannot get into Heaven without believing on the Son. This is a true statement. The ony way to Heaven is to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believe on Him, repenting of your sins, follow Him into baptism and be born again in the Spirit. This is the only way to obtain eternal life. The very only way. There is no back door, as you have heard it put, into Heaven. Only Jesus.
But do you know that the scripture also means that Jesus is the key to the intimate relationship with the Father that we all seek. You can only get to the Father through Jesus. Now, here on earth. After repentance, baptism, there comes your life. How you live it now that you are counted as a child of God will determine your relationship with God. God loves you, there is no way anything comes between the love of God and His children once they come to Him, washed clean with the blood of Jesus. All sin is gone, you are reunited with the Father. He has waited for you, has plans for you and so dearly loves you.
What have you done with your life since salvation was granted you? Are you reading the Word, soaking up the words on the pages as one who has been on a desert and is so thirsty? Do you speak boldly when you talk with the Lord, when you pray. You are a child of God, don't be shy before the Father. He has given you entrance to His Holy Throne, where He awaits you. Where you can go and make your requests known to the Father. God watches His children, watches for their faith to spring forward when they pray. Praying with faith, knowing when they ask the Father, in the Holy Name of Jesus, that the Father will do what is needed. Faith has to be present when you pray. If you do not believe the Father will answer your prayer, you are wasting your time. Prayer without faith is pointless.
Are you a beacon for the Lord. Is your light shining so bright it would draw many around you to see what it is that you have, and all they know is that it is something they have to get for themselves. You have joy, you are peaceful and you are blessed. Our light must shine. God pours His glory over us, giving us that glow of righteousness, and it will draw people to us. Are you ready to witness, give scripture that will lift their spirits, giving them hope; are you telling people what the grace and mercy of the Lord has done for you?
All these things, these wonderful things that we do because we love the Lord. We witness to others, we shine our light to all around us, spreading the word of God's love and salvation for each, we pray, so often, interceding for others needing prayer. And because we do these things unto the Lord, He will desire to spend time with us. God loves all His children, but those who truly seek Him, He wants to spend time with them. He desires to spend time with all His children, but not all seek His face, wanting to be one with Him.
God will come to us as we pray, as we worship Him with all spirit and truth, with open hearts, and He will make His home with us, abide in us. He will hold us, sing His songs of love to us, and pour out so much grace....this is so hard to describe as it is the most wonderful experience you can have. If you do not have this relationship with the Lord, you must do whatever is necessary to obtain it. There is no way once you are in the presence of God that you will not want to stay there. Intimacy with God. This is one with the Father, one being when you are in His presence. There is such a closeness as the Father talks with you, tells you of His love, His plans for you. Asks you about your day, yes, He knows how it went, but He wants you to talk to Him about it. He gives you a chance to pour out your heart on Him, pour out your love. It is love going out to God and love coming in from God to you. So close, so intimate, just God and you, in your quiet time, while you rest, when you are alone in your car, wherever you are when you truly seek the Lord, He will be there, with you.
We are loved, so passionately by God. How can we not want to live our lives holy unto the Lord, pure and undefiled, the only way we can have His presence. The only way.
My God, I worship You and adore You. I thank You Father for giving me Your love, Your presence. You have blessed me so much. I worship You with my whole heart, giving my all to You as You give unto me my hearts desire....only more of You. This second day of the new year in You, my Lord, as I leave you with my singing heart full of love for You, this 2nd day of January, 2011.
ASK FOR DIRECTIONS
James 1:5-6a "If any of you lack wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt,"
The Message puts it this way "If you don't know what you're doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You'll get the help and won't be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought".
What do you do when you begin to lose you way. Do you try different things trying to get back on track. Perhaps if I think about the situation more, talk to someone about it, I can figure out what I am doing wrong. Does that sound familiar to you? If this is your pattern when your are losing ground, I bet you also are one of those people who will not ask for directions when traveling and you get lost. A lot of us are afraid if we confess to not being sure of our direction, we will get ridiculed. Here we are, Christians in the ministry of some kind for the Lord and we feel like we are not going in the right direction. Afraid to let anyone know that we are feeling weak and insecure. You think satan can't come in and use that situation to further confuse you and fuel the frustration and insecurity? This is his favorite playground. Confusing the mind, making you doubt where you stand in God's plan. Perhaps you did not hear the Lord right, maybe you are not walking the right path.
Do not fall for the enemys trap so easily. God does not put you in His ministry, whether it be sharing the word, worshiping Him, healing the sick; and let you flounder. He never leaves you for a second. He knows that there are going to be times when you will second guess what you are doing. Perhaps there are not funds coming in as quickly as you thought they would. Not many people are showing up for service. You stand there leading praise and worship and it seems like most of the congregation is thinking of what they are having for lunch. You wonder, is this what I am to be doing? You begin a Bible study for the ladies, or the men, and by the second or third lesson, half the members are discussing what Mary wore Sunday, trading recipes, or talking about the ballgame. Where is this going Father? What are we doing here? You discuss it with your spouse, your neighbor, other church members. Why? Why would you not take the problem and your questions to the One with the Authority and the answers.
Sometimes as the Word tells us in James 1:1 "to consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds because you know the testing of your faith develops perserverance...." Did you consider that perhaps your faith was being tested? Did you think that the things God would ask us to do would be so easy? Jesus came to earth knowing He was going to be sacrified for our sins. He knew this is what the Father's plan was for Him, He knew it would be so difficult, but He came, He died. He trusted the Father.
We only need to ask the Lord again for His direction. Ask for His help. He wants so to help us, but He will put us in a place, where He wants us to work for Him and He will wait to see if you will come to Him for help. To see if when you are unsure of your direction, have no clue how to proceed, if you will humble yourselves and ask for His wisdom, His guidance. He won't embarrass you or make you feel stupid, inadequate. He will just put His arms around you, and gently whisper, "Here is the way, my child. Let's try it My way and you will see my glory".
Ask Him boldly. Don't be afraid to come to the Father with your needs, your desires. He wants to give those in His ministry trememdous blessings. But He wants to make sure you know who is providing those blessings. He wants to make sure your faith is grounded in Him, that when you ask, you believe He will do it, and then you sit back and wait for it. Your mind does not question if it will be done because it is not on your time table. You don't wonder if God won't do it. You just wait for it, knowing it is coming. Knowing that your Father is taking care of the problem, giving attention to taking care of it in the time He knows is right.
When losing ground, ask God. Ask Him first, why waste precious time waiting. Boldly go to the Father with your questions. Don't stay lost, questioning your ministry or the work God has put your hand to. Boldly ask of the Father. Then believe that your answer is coming. Don't doubt God. HE is GOD. HE is your FATHER. HE LOVES US. He knows the plans He has made for you and He knows exactly how they are to come about. He knows our direction. Ask God for His help. Never doubt Him. Your faith in God is what He loves. If you waiver in your faith, it is like saying you do not believe God is great enough to help you. The Bible says it is like being tossed about in the sea. If you do not think you will receive from the Lord when you ask, it is being doublemined, unstable. You will never know your way.
Need help? Ask God. Get an answer, believe God. Do not doubt His love for you and His wanting to help you in any situation. Be encouraged. He is our Father.
My Father, it is New Years Day. I am excited to see what You will have for me in this new year. I know You will bless me because You said that You would pour out Your blessings on me if I keep Your commandments, love You and worship You, giving my all to You. I give you my everything, Lord. All my love, all my life, all my worship. I desire Your presence above all. This new year in You, a new year to walk with You and be a part of what You will be doing. I love you Father, I give worship and glory to Your Name, this 1st day of January, 2011.
